Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment looking after advertising platforms & other talent pipelines as required.

  • Scheduling & templating visits

  • Actively source and qualify candidates

  • Maintaining strong relationships in the market

  • Working to improve recruitment efficiency

  • Answering phone queries from service users and staff members;

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information;

  • General computer tasks;

  • Any adhoc duties required.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Quota or goal oriented

  • Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated

  • Team player

  • Must have computer skills
