CTRG are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to support on‑site operations alongside several key clients in the Midlands area

The coordinator acts as the main point of contact, supervising staff, ensuring safety and legal compliance, and managing day-to-day operations to meet clients' needs and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities:
* Absence management
* Coordinating with client supervisors
* Drive and monitor performance
* Rota management including booking and planning of staff
* Managing and contributing to client goals, such as productivity, production, and quality.
* Coordinating recruitment activities like open days and assessment days.
