Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring operations. This role ensures a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers by providing administrative and logistical support throughout the recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with Korn Ferry recruiters and LinkedIn hiring teams to coordinate interviews, manage pre-employment checks, and assist in offer letter generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Manage logistics and communication for both virtual and in-person interviews.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal tracking tools.
Welcome and guide candidates during in-person interviews to ensure a positive experience.
