This Recruiter position manages the recruitment, screening, hiring, training, engagement, and retention of our staff of Care Professionals to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients. Assist with coaching and development of Care Professionals and day- to- day questions that arise within office team and Care Professionals. Recruitment experience is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies online and within the community.
  • Manage Applicant Stack tracking system, Indeed and other recruiting tools, i.e., local job fairs, community events.
  • Recruit amazing Care Professionals by finding, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
