The Role

We're looking for someone people-focused, organised, and ready to learn. You'll help connect barbers with the right shops; responding to leads, having conversations, keeping the pipeline moving, and making sure no great candidate slips through the cracks.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to candidate enquiries by phone, email, and text
  • Have initial calls with candidates to understand their experience and availability
  • Match candidates to the right store and follow up to capture outcomes
  • Keep candidates warm and engaged throughout the process
  • Help post job ads and maintain candidate records in our ATS
