Summary

    • Responsibilities

  • utilising sales/marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies; understanding their companies and their work environment
  • advertising open positions by placing job adverts; attracting candidates and building relationships with them
  • using internal databases to match the right candidate to the client's vacancy
  • arranging interviews with potential candidates and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • preparing CVs to forward to clients regarding most suitable applicants
  • regular candidate care and client care

    • Qualifications/experience:

  • Previous experience in headhunting
