Job Description
Recruiter’s day-to-day job responsibilities shall include:
Finding candidates for vacancies
Scheduling interviews and following up after interview
Connecting with professionals and on boarding them on Corenza’s portal
Managing Corenza Interns and other Employees
Handling all sourcing responsibility and making strategy for sourcing of job assigned
Training new interns/ Employees in hiring
Coordinating with referrer calling team/ marketing team for jobs assigned
Coordinating with Managers for understanding technical aspects of jobs
Deeply understanding of job profile and posting them on portal
Other related tasks as assigned from time to time
