Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations
- Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates
- Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
- Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- CEI certification is an added advantage
- Strong passion for recruitment and sales
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for Senior Recruitment Consultant roles.
- Working place: International Plaza (Tanjong Pagar)
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Basic salary + Monthly Commission!
