Key Responsibilities and Experience Required
- Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Manage full 360 recruitment processes from business development through to placement and aftercare
- Source, screen, interview, reference check, and place candidates across multiple sectors
- Manage high-volume recruitment requirements while maintaining quality candidate engagement
- Business Development & Client Management
- Develop and grow new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Conduct client visits and regular account management meetings.
- Manage client expectations and resolve escalated staffing matters professionally.
