Recruitment Consultant – Whitstable, Kent – Work by the Seaside – Brilliant Comms (see below) – FREE BUCKET & SPADE!

Specialist Construction & Engineering Recruitment consultancy with over 20 years of industry experience recruiting in both sectors is seeking a beachcomber to join the team!

Ideally, you will have a blue or white-collar built environment recruitment background to badge on to their current services. Or if you want to start your own vertical, they will provide full support in helping you develop your business area, to become a Co-Director of the business.

Compensation

Recruitment Consultant – Commission Structure (No Threshold).

  • £0 – £7,500 = 15%
  • £7,501 – £15,000 = 20%
  • £15,001 + = 25%
