Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
  • Proactively source qualified candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Liaise confidently and professionally with clients and candidates
  • Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations to clients
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment services to meet client requirements
  • Prepare recruitment reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Brief and guide new hires to support their onboarding and assimilation process
  • Conduct business presentations and client meetings when required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates
  • Work independently while managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or related field
