Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
- Proactively source qualified candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Liaise confidently and professionally with clients and candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations to clients
- Deliver high-quality recruitment services to meet client requirements
- Prepare recruitment reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Brief and guide new hires to support their onboarding and assimilation process
- Conduct business presentations and client meetings when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates
- Work independently while managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or related field
