Responsibilities
- Achieves weekly/monthly targets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitates background checking and pre-employment requirements stages.
- Facilitates new hire processes, including email setup and RCBC/payroll account processing.
- Facilitates the process for referral incentives, reimbursements, and payments.
- Sources, shortlists, and conducts phone screenings for candidates across various open requisitions within the organization.
- Manages recruitment marketing efforts through job postings and advertising on social media platforms.
- Maintains and updates tracking systems and reports, e.g., Live Recruitment, Daily Productivity, and other relevant reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness.
