Responsibilities



  • Achieves weekly/monthly targets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Facilitates background checking and pre-employment requirements stages.

  • Facilitates new hire processes, including email setup and RCBC/payroll account processing.

  • Facilitates the process for referral incentives, reimbursements, and payments.

  • Sources, shortlists, and conducts phone screenings for candidates across various open requisitions within the organization.

  • Manages recruitment marketing efforts through job postings and advertising on social media platforms.

  • Maintains and updates tracking systems and reports, e.g., Live Recruitment, Daily Productivity, and other relevant reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness.
