Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating and conducting interviews.
  • Source and attract candidates using various channels including social media and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and manage communications effectively.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with the HR team.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
