Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job vacancies on recruitment portals
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and hiring status
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled within agreed timelines
  • Communicate hiring updates to HR and relevant stakeholders
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the HR Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
