Key Responsibilities
- Screen, source, and shortlist qualified candidates for open roles (especially for Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and Tech‑adjacent positions)
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment logistics: scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, maintaining candidate pipelines in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse or Workday)
