Responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • Developing and implementing the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and negotiating with candidates. 
  • Attending meetings with hiring managers to plan the timeline and operations. 
  • Handling other tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Male/Female.
  • Bachelor's Degree and above in Human Resources Management or any relevant study.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in the recruitment field or mass recruitment would be an advantage. 
  • Good command of English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Know how to operate a team.
