Job Summary:
The Recruitment Assistant will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and processing candidates for various local and international roles. This role involves end-to-end administrative support, candidate coordination, job posting, and database management to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and availability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Assist in job postings and ensure all active roles are visible on appropriate platforms.
- Prepare candidate summaries and endorsements for client review.
