Responsibilities


  • Daily invitation of applicants for interview
  • Encodes all application forms to database
  • Screens resumes of sourcing applicants
  • Conducts interview to applicants
  • Endorses qualified applicants to the Associate Director and Director for final interview and to the Head for Property Investment for approval
  • Supports recruitment in processing and handling referred applicants


Qualifications


  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferable Psychology/Behavioral Science
  • At least with 1 year working experience in Recruitment
  • With excellent oral and communication skills
