Recruitment and P&OD intern

This internship is focused on two teams: Talent Acquisition team and People and Organizational Development. On one hand, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting new talent and giving that talent the best candidate experiences possible. On the other hand, the People and Organizational Development team focuses on training, onboarding and the unique Rituals culture within Rituals. YOUR ROLE

You will be part of the talent acquisition team at our Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam. This team is responsible for the recruitment of our Head Office talents.
