What You7ll Do
- Design and optimize recruitment workflows integrated with Workday
- Build and test automation logic and conversational scripts
- Ensure accurate data flow and a consistent candidate experience
- Configure email/SMS messaging aligned with Anna AI calls
- Document workflows and support ongoing releases
- Partner with Product and regional teams to improve workflows and messaging
- Support A/B testing to boost engagement and completion rates
