Required Skills & Experience 6–8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing. Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading and managing a recruitment team. Proven experience in bulk hiring, volume recruitment, or manpower hiring projects. Strong ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously across different functions. Good knowledge of sourcing channels, job portals, social media recruiting, and candidate screening techniques. Experience in staffing agencies, recruitment consultancies, or manpower supply organizations is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
