The Role at a Glance

You will be mentoring a team of recruiters while personally managing the journey for our most critical senior-level hires and H1-B consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of Recruiters.
• H1-B Specialist: Act as the subject matter expert for H1-B transfers, guiding consultants from initial contact through successful onboarding.
• Executive Search: Directly manage the end-to-end recruitment. Refine sourcing strategies based on interview feedback, and negotiate complex offers.
