Recruiting Specialist

One Tech Engineering is expanding and looking for a talented and customer-focused, Recruiting Specialist. This position is in Lake Elmo, Minnesota and will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.

This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Local candidates preferred. The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with the company’s clients
• Manage, prioritize and execute on searches against a timeline
