About the Role
As the
Recruitment Manager
, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for a client account while managing and scaling recruiter performance. You'll translate client hiring needs into actionable recruitment strategies, ensure SLA adherence, and continuously improve hiring outcomes through data and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers
- Understand client hiring needs, goals, and talent acquisition priorities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies across sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Lead, coach, and manage a large team of recruiters to meet performance metrics
