Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Recruiting Operations Analyst to support the accurate and timely input, maintenance, and quality assurance of employee data within our HR systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity across the HR function and enabling smooth HR operations, reporting, and compliance.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR (onboarding/offboarding) or similar.
- Previous experience in a data entry, HR administration, or HR operations role.
- Experience working with HR systems (ideally enterprise-level HRIS).
- Familiarity with GDPR and HR data principles is desirable.
