We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and scale large, process-driven talent teams in a high-output and fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this role is reponsible for managing a large team of talent professionals driving production-focused recruitment delivery, and ensuring consitent performance through well-defined processes and clear priorities.
The ideal candidate for the Recruiting Manager position will be a strong people leader with a mentoring mindset who believes that people are the foundation of sustainable success. Approachable, growth-oriented, and skilled at fostering collaborative, team-first culture and maintaining a clear focus on productivity and results. This role requires working effectively across global stakeholders, partnering with leaders in Engineering, Operations, project Management and People Success, while navigating organisational dynamics with maturity and focus.
