We are seeking an experienced and professional Account Manager / Recruiting Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located in Latin America, with a strong preference for those based in the Dominican Republic.

This role will serve as the main point of contact between our clients (Hiring Managers) and our internal recruiting team, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and recruiting teams
• Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers
• Gather and clearly define hiring needs and job requirements
