Overview

Participate in all Compliance Process of each applicants through applicant tracking system. Conduct a follow through on applicant's requirements and monitor and ensure 100% completion rate of applicants before the onboarding process and before endorsing the hires to training.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors the completion of requirements of all applicants.

  • Ensure that compliance rate is at 100%.

  • Conduct a bi-weekly audit to ensure compliance is 100%.

  • Conducts Financial Audit and ensures 100% accuracy on reports

  • Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects.

  • Business Administration Course, Human Resources, and Psychology Graduate or any equivalent course is a plus

  • Preferably with BPO or Recruitment Experience in any field.

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
