Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a great candidate experience? We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a respected healthcare organization and play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and partnering with leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process.
What You'll Do
+ Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned openings
+ Create and manage job postings across internal and external recruiting platforms
+ Review applications and ensure candidate records are complete and accurate
+ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
+ Arrange candidate travel and accommodations as needed...
