This individual will play a critical role in supporting a high-performing talent acquisition team by managing complex interview scheduling, coordinating candidate communications, and ensuring a best-in-class recruiting experience. The ideal candidate is a Greenhouse power user who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively juggle multiple priorities, and is passionate about driving operational excellence throughout the hiring process. This person will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates while supporting mid-to-senior level hiring efforts and helping streamline recruiting operations across the organization.
