● Interview Management: Manage all aspects of on-site and virtual interview scheduling, including travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates.
● Candidate Experience: Collaborate with assigned recruiters to enhance the candidate’s experience through proactive scheduling and effective follow-up communication.
● Administrative Support: Handle sensitive personal documents and assist candidates with the expense reimbursement process.
● Systems Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the Greenhouse ATS.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, hiring managers, and recruiting groups to streamline global recruitment efforts.
● Project Assistance: Address support requests, escalating to management as necessary, and assist with additional operations and research projects as assigned.
