We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The ideal candidate should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment field and must rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct interviews and recruit new employees across various technical roles, including mechatronics technicians, electrical technicians, and conveyor belt and automation technicians.
