At EX Squared LATAM , we partner with growing U.S.-based companies to build strong, scalable teams across Latin America. We’re currently looking for a Recruiter to work in a dedicated capacity for a U.S. client, supporting and centralizing their hiring efforts.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruiting cycle, working closely with stakeholders, and improving hiring processes through structure, consistency, and metrics.
