Recruiter (temporary contract)

Pay: $28.00/hour

Monday to Friday (day shift)
100% In Office

Job Duties:
- Assist in recruitment for hourly & salary positions
- Coordinate the recruitment process - conduct phone screens, attend interviews, and prepare offer letters
- Administer the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain and update the company's document management and ATS system

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years' experience in production level recruiting and recruiting coordination / high volume recruitment
- At least 5 years' experience with HRIS/ATS systems
