Position Overview: We are seeking a Staffing Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment efforts, primarily focused on manufacturing roles . This role plays a key part in maintaining staffing levels to meet production demands, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a fast-paced recruitment environment .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead High-Volume Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment efforts for non-exempt employees, with a primary focus on manufacturing and operations roles .
