About The Role

We're hiring a Recruiter to build and own global full-cycle recruiting across North America, Europe, and eventually Asia. You'll be responsible for the entire recruiting function: from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to candidate experience, employer branding, and offer acceptance. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership across engineering, product, GTM, and business operations to attract, assess, and hire great people as we scale. In your first year, you'll establish a scalable, predictable recruiting function, build strong pipelines across technical and go-to-market roles, and become a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership. We're also a team that cares about the full employee experience, so if you have an interest in employee experience beyond recruiting, there's room to contribute in that space as bandwidth allows.
