Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter to support international clients through end-to-end recruitment delivery. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills who have worked in RPO, staffing, or international recruitment environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned client requisitions
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
Screen candidates through phone/video interviews and assess role fit
Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health)
Ensure recruitment delivery aligns with client SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
Provide market insights and talent availability feedback to clients
