Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services within a captive/shared services environment, supporting global or regional business units. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with company standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements across supported business units
