About the Role
SOSA BPO is looking for an experienced Skilled Trades Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and industrial roles. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys fast-paced hiring, sourcing hard-to-find talent, and working across multiple skilled trades disciplines.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, and placement)
Source and recruit skilled trades professionals across multiple roles
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and pipeline management
Work closely with hiring teams to meet hiring goals and timelines
Required Experience
Recruiting experience in one or more of the following areas:
Welding (maritime industry experience is a plus)
CNC
Fabrication
Boilermaking
Machinists
Quality Control (QC)
