Recruiter | People Experience (HR)
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for the People Experience (HR) organization across Delivery Stations nationwide. This is a highly execution-driven role focused on building strong talent pipelines, moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume recruiting, is comfortable working on repeatable hiring profiles, and excels at candidate engagement, screening, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a high-volume requisition load of approximately 20-25+ concurrent openings, primarily supporting HRBP, HR, Business Analyst, and Project Manager positions
• Source, engage, and qualify candidates through proactive outreach, Boolean search techniques, and applicant review
