As a Recruiter, you'll have the chance to influence both candidates and customers significantly. Your main tasks will involve identifying and interviewing potential candidates, working closely with your Account Manager to identify key skill sets and targeted accounts, and nurturing professional relationships for referrals. Additionally, you will engage in various customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify candidates using diverse sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified applicants
• Partner with Account Manager on targeted accounts
• Cultivate relationships for referrals and leads
• Execute customer service-related activities
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in sales or customer service
