Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles across our growing Engineering, Technical and Corporate departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand production schedules, program timelines, and engineering milestones to align recruiting urgency with business deliverables. Participate in workforce planning discussions with HR and leadership to anticipate future technical hiring needs. Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices. Lead intake meetings to define role scope, required competencies, interview plans, and selection criteria. Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, plant-based, and hands-on engineering roles where local market supply may be limited. Create and post job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process.
