Type: Work From Home
Shift Timings: 1) 3 pm to 12 am - UK Shift 2) 7pm to 4 am - US Shift
Salary : 30 K INR per month
Job Summary:
The Pharma Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for pharmaceutical roles, building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of pharmaceutical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand position requirements and develop targeted search strategies
