Job Responsibilities:
+ Helps support the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
+ Responsible for learning and executing on WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs.
+ Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool.
+ Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process Coordinates and conducts pre-screening, technical interviews with resource managers.
+ Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates. Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
+ Establishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings.
