About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles across the organization. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive, and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking)
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit
  • Manage and continuously improve the candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance
