The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple digital and creative roles. Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and creative roles such as SEO Executives, Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.
Source candidates through job portals, , social media platforms, referrals, and other effective sourcing methods.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
