We are looking for a driven and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team in Mexico City, working under a hybrid model, supporting the USA market. This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and has experience placing IT professionals across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles across the U.S. market.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales/business development teams to understand client requirements.
  • Build strong talent pipelines in areas such as Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
