Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
