Manage end-to-end recruitment for life sciences roles across multiple functions
Work closely with hiring managers to understand domain-specific requirements
Source and screen candidates for roles in:
Regulatory Affairs & CMC
Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety
Clinical Research & Operations
Medical & Clinical Writing
Market Access, HEOR & RWE
Life Sciences Technology roles (Veeva Vault, CSV, Clinical Systems)
Build and maintain a strong domain talent pipeline
Conduct initial screening and technical alignment discussions
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and offer closure
Track hiring metrics including TA...
