Description We are looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts in Lawrence, Kansas. This role is ideal for someone who can manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast-moving environment, connect effectively with a wide range of candidates and leaders, and maintain accuracy while handling multiple priorities. The position also calls for strong sourcing skills, schedule flexibility, and a willingness to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume openings, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination and hiring follow-up.
• Build active candidate pipelines using job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and other targeted outreach strategies.
